The Zoetrope came from a time when images in motion was a new and exciting technology. The technology was designed to look like a show, it was bold and fashionable.
The present day, the technology of images in motion has changed, we see moving images on the screen through the means of digital technology.
We are currently developing holograhic technology where we wouldn't need a screen, we could walk see around the moving objects, and view from different angles. This makes way for the Dianrang. The Dianrang from the chinese word meaning Light, and to turn, looks back at the discovery of the persistance of vision, and to bring back the elegance and showablity designs.
